This was the worst hair cutting experience in my entire life. I had to wait 2 hours to get my hair cut and the entire time noone spoke to me and even had the nerve to speak with someone who came in well after me. The lady with red hair who cut my hair was very rude and upset that she had to work that day and took it out on me. Whatever you do, DO NOT come to this place to get your haircut. Goodness knows I never will again

Came from out of town. Hubby at Flowers Hospital. (Doing great) Ran over as a walk in. Only 20 min wait on a Saturday morning. The whole staff is wonderful! Kim was fantastic!!! Great cut for $15. Left looking great and feeling like myself again.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy grandmother called before going and was told that she could just come in for a haircut versus making an appointment. Upon arrival, there were several people in front of her, so she sat down to wait. I left her there to run some errands thinking she would be done due to being told she would be taken care of next. An HOUR AND A HALF later, she still had not been seen. Staff weren’t cordial nor did they communicate with her through out the whole experience. My grandmother called before going and was told that she could just come in for a haircut versus making an appointment. Upon arrival, there were several people in front of her, so she sat down to wait. I left her there to run some errands thinking she would be done due to being told she would be taken care of next. Jaw length brown hair, wearing a grey mask, caucasian male. I truly hope that man loses his job over this at least. The RIGHT thing to do would for him to go to jail over this assault.
