I HIGHLY recommend going to Jen to get your haircut! She did absolutely phenomenal on my cut. This was literally the only time in years that I walked out of the salon extremely pleased with my cut. I’ve tried high end salons, and even then I have never been this happy with how my hair turned out. Jen knew exactly what I wanted, and she delivered it perfectly. She gave me several hair styling tips, too, which is a bonus as I’m not someone who knows much at all about styling my hair. I am very, very, VERY happy with Jen’s service, and will most definitely be visiting her from now on.

me and my son get our haircuts here and i will for sure be their customer as long as they’re running. we love Ashley. she is so nice and patient. i was going to just bring my son back another day because he wasn’t having it and she assured me he was okay and even helped get him calm. she also did a FANTASTIC job on his hair, im in love. the whole staff is so friendly and helpful. i love this salon!

Gonna try the Millbrook location next time like someone else suggested in the reviews. Only went here for convenience. There’s just no enthusiasm for clients here. I got a simple cut and that was like pulling teeth so I can’t imagine if I had wanted something else done like color. Good price though 17 bucks.

I was in here a few weeks ago and I had an appointment with Ashley Hall. First off, I noticed all she does is stand outside and smoke and yell on the phone. She has a very nasty attitude! She completely ignored what I said I wanted for my hair, left to smoke while I was processing for bleach, my hair is completely fried and feels terrible now. She’s by far the worst stylist i’ve ever been to, something needs to be done about her. I know i’m not the first one to complain about her either.

I have one particular cut that it is difficult to find anyone to do, well they got it right and MADE sure it was right. Great atmosphere, no long waits even when walking in, and great staff…. 5+ stars … UPDATE : Jennifer knocked it out of the park for me at the last minute for a very important meeting in the morning… Guys, I only give 100% honest reviews (feel free to check my others and you will see. Still , only one who can get my cut perfect , staff is great, no wait today, and I assure you, if you need something that no one else has been able to get right … Go to Prattville Cuts by Us and Jennifer or Kate will get you right. I drive an hour ,just to get my cut there, as no one else can seem to get it right. Go check them out, tell them Lou sent you , I assure you , you WILL NOT be disappointed. As for any negative reviews, maybe you were simply in a bad mood because these ladies know their stuff!!!! Again, 5+ stars.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueUPDATE BELOWZERO STARS!!Went in for highlights and a trim on 5/23/20 and realized at home that my was streaky, botched and that I had vertical lines on the top of my head. Went back on 5/24/20 to show the manager my hair and she acted like she did not care and one of the other stylist laughed a little when they saw the top of my head. My botched hair that one of their stylist messed up is not a laughing matter. I went somewhere else to get my hair fixed.UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: I’ve tried reaching out to the home office multiple times in the past week to get a refund. All I’m getting is the run around, either no one answers or I leave my name and number to be called back and no one does. It’s very clear that this establishment in general does not care about its customers. After my hair got botched, I had to pay $175 to have my hair stripped and redone. It’s not worth the trouble to get any type of color done to your hair at this establishment. I cannot stress enough for people to find a different salon for hair color/highlights.UPDATE BELOWZERO STARS!! …More
