I always get a great haircut when I come here. I prefer a certain stylist, but it doesn’t really matter who I end up with. They all take care in their work and pay close attention to detail. I’ve had some pretty bad cuts in the past, so I really appreciate their work.

This our families favorite place to go to get our hair cut. The stylist are super sweet and professional. They listen to what the client wants and then does it efficiently and quickly. They helped my daughter fulfill her wish to donate her hair for Wigs4Kids. They cut it into the tiny ponytails and bagged it up for her for us to send off.

I went in for a haircut since it’s been over a year since I’ve had it cut so it was pretty long. Keep in mind, I’ve been using to Cuts by Us in Madison and Huntsville for years and I’ve never gotten a bad haircut. This is my first time at this location. She wet my hair with a spray bottle, no problem there. I asked for my hair to be cut to my shoulders, but the stylist (I can’t remember her name) cut it to my chin. After she was done cutting my hair she said I was finished…..my hair was still wet! There was no blow dry or styling done (I’ve never in my life had to ask for a blow dry and style). When I got home and dried my own hair, the cut was horrible!!! I would have done better to let some preschool kid cut my hair!!! There were long strands that I had to cut myself!!!! I go to the salon for hair colors and perms sometimes, but since they couldn’t handle a simple haircut, I doubt the more expensive stuff would be done well. Needless to say, this was my first and last time there! I am still in shock over the whole experience!

I brought my son in there today at 11. The lady who cut his hair was so mean to him. He is Autistic and he has a hard time being still! She kept telling him if he didn’t stay still she will shave his head! Also she sprayed water in his face I’m sure by accident but he complained about it and she smarted off saying it was just water and he will be fine! She just kept pushing his head down and it was frustrating to watch! She is very lucky I didn’t shave her hair off. My son’s name is Raiden and we were there at 11:00 today! Worst service ever and I will never be back!!
