Hair cuts are good for the price, although they could definitely be better. The atmosphere was pretty unprofessional, while I was getting my haircut I heard other stylists talking about how they should’ve charged people more, and how the kids where bad. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and the hairstylist I had talked me out of everything. It seems like a roulette with what stylist you get if you are a walk in. You can either get a good stylist that’s professional and knows what they’re doing, or you get a stylist that rushes through the cut, messing it up and just calling it good enough. For cheap haircuts it could be worse, but it could definitely be better.

I wasn’t able to get back to my regular Cuts By Us in Georgia, so I decided to try the Cuts By Us in Fort Walton. I was scared to death to go to a new hairdresser but I ended up hitting the jackpot. It was Erica’s first day at Cuts By Us, not her first day cutting hair. And, even though I’m sure the other hairdressers are great too, I feel like I had to have gotten one of the best, if not the best hairdresser there. She eased my worries over letting someone else cut my hair. And, I received one of the best haircuts I have ever received. I will definitely go back to Erica whenever I’m in Fort Walton. Amy, the manager, was great too. She keeps everything going smoothly and everyone was very polite and working hard to satisfy all customers.

Just the other day I did a walk in and got my haircut by I think Dana. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and I agreed to SOME layers. I didn’t like how her kept looking around and was rushing with my hair. She added way too many layers and my family member told me to look at the back of my head when I had GOT HOME. Because she did not show me the back of it before I had left the salon. I am extremely upset my hair is not at all even. and now I have to go to someone else to get it fixed. Here’s a photo.

Is my grandson’s came in to their store to get a haircut a few days what year old and 11 year old that are very good boys at didn’t move talk or nothing is that they’re very nice and got to get their haircut for the man who cut my four-year-old grandson says hair cut up the back of his neck but my grandson didn’t say nothing then they proceeded to cut my both my grand boys hairs and it look like a two-year-old cut it if you are in need of a haircut please don’t go there because they might hurt your children

Kiiara was my stylist and did a fabulous job on my color was going to cut it also. Took a little bit because I’ve been doing my own color so she had to do several steps as she was rinsing my hair the older rude lady Phonzie leaned over the sink area and said its 6:00 it’s time to close when my stylist said uh I still need to cut her hair. The older lady said she has to leave in not staying! Then preceded to tell me I needed to pay so she could do the register. Thankfully Kiiara has done my hair for a while and I’ve followed her there, I’ll follow her where ever she is. Oh and while my hair was processing Kiiara was talking out trash cleaning the back up not just sitting around. The place needs a good cleaning and she’s trying!

Kiiara was such a breath of fresh air. I’ve been getting my haircut from the same person in Destin for 5 years. Thought I was getting a pretty good cut all that time. My stylist was out of town and I needed a cut badly. Stopped in Cuts by Us, Kiiara was the first one to come to the front and grab the next customer. She gave me the best haircut I’ve had since I’ve been in Florida. And what a great person. Great cut, friendly attitude and a great conversation. Definitely have found a new hair stylist and salon.
