Critical: ProfessionalismWalked into this place to get my 7 year old daughter hair cut. The lady who cut it had her daughter there and was rude to her and kinda rude to us. She also did a poor job at cutting my kids hair. It looked fine at first but I’m dad and didnt super inspect it or think that i should have to. But then we noticed super long strands and uneven layering. I wanted to go back in and say something have them fix it but I didnt want them to hack it up more. Walked into this place to get my 7 year old daughter hair cut. The lady who cut it had her daughter there and was rude to her and kinda rude to us. She also did a poor job at cutting my kids hair. It looked fine at first but I’m dad and didnt super inspect it or think that i should have to. But then we noticed super long strands and uneven layering. Critical: ProfessionalismThis place was completely unprofessional. I checked in online with myself and my son for both of us to get haircuts. I was seen but my son was told to wait and that someone else would get him; they never did. The whole place was unorganized and no one could even remember who came in order. Also no one greeted people coming in.Furthermore, during my haircut the employees near me were badmouthing previous customers in front of other customers, namely about an incident where someone complained about an employee not washing their hands after smoking. That employee was the male cutting my hair and stated that he “wasn’t going to wash his hands after smoking a cigarette” while I was still in the chair. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.The female hairstyling cutting someone else hair next me received a tip of $20 and after the customer left held it up to my hairstylist and said, “people better not even sit in my chair unless they’re giving me 20s.” Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. As someone who manages employees myself, these two would be fired on the spot. Never coming here again.Service: HaircutThis place was completely unprofessional.
