My husband uses this place for cuts. Seems like nobody knows how to open the store on time. I get there before the store is open, and wait until it’s been opened for an hour and nobody ever shows up. Lights are off, doors locked, and nobody’s ever there. About 10 customers were waiting outside and all left because they were sick of waiting. I don’t know what the issue is with your Sunday store hours, but apparently your Sunday employees suck at time management. We won’t be coming back. I waste time out if my day waiting for someone to MAYBE show up. Absolutely ridiculous. Recommend finding responsible employees who value their job and your businesses time.

I will own up to the fact that I made the initial screwup by cutting a knot out of my hair. I went to this salon because it was literally the only one open with someone available tonight. I went in explained what I did and what I wanted. I requested a layer, cut the length if needed but to cut the angle to the front. Also told her not to wet my hair down because it will just cause it to be even shorter when it dries. I showed her a picture.

Walked in without an appointment and was seen before I could sit down! My stylist, who I had not met before, was absolutely delightful and kept the conversation going. Made me feel very comfortable.
