Critical: Professionalism, QualityI normally go there and walk out very happy. Today 9 Jan 2022 around 12pm I was shocked how the lady was acting and how aggressive she was with the clippers to a point I had to keep my neck stiff while being cut. I will return there to continue business, just not with that lady. Very unprofessional. Walked out with what I told her was a wreck. As I said I normally walk out happy. I normally go there and walk out very happy. Today 9 Jan 2022 around 12pm I was shocked how the lady was acting and how aggressive she was with the clippers to a point I had to keep my neck stiff while being cut. I will return there to continue business, just not with that lady. Very unprofessional. Walked out with what I told her was a wreck. As I said I normally walk out happy. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy fiancé went here to get his haircut. He asked for a low fade and was left with a high/uneven fade. His neckline and hairline were crooked, with random hairs left behind. The woman cutting his hair rushed and had the audacity to ask for a tip after leaving him with trims of his own hair in clumps on his neck/back/behind his ears. She was more concerned with her next smoke break than actually cutting his hair. Absolute joke of a business. I had to ask for the fluff brush to remove the left over trimmings. My fiancé went here to get his haircut. He asked for a low fade and was left with a high/uneven fade. His neckline and hairline were crooked, with random hairs left behind. The woman cutting his hair rushed and had the audacity to ask for a tip after leaving him with trims of his own hair in clumps on his neck/back/behind his ears. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy barber, Laurie Kallop, was incredibly professional. Far exceeded my expectation of skill. While making great conversation it seemed as she examined every strand of hair and even said she wants every customer’s work to be a masterpiece. From what I saw, it’s true.
