Critical: ProfessionalismI called ahead to ask if walk-ins were welcome, yes, they are. Cool. Get there, only 2 stylists 5 people waiting, was not even greeted. After one stylist was done with her current customer she walks to the computer and says, “name ma’am?” Not even looking at me …..um….”me?” Just completely unprofessional. I’m a millionaire. I called ahead to ask if walk-ins were welcome, yes, they are. Cool. Get there, only 2 stylists 5 people waiting, was not even greeted. After one stylist was done with her current customer she walks to the computer and says, “name ma’am?” Not even looking at me …..um….”me?” Just completely unprofessional. I’m a millionaire. You lost my business for good, and I have 5 kids…. Good luck!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI would give negative stars if I could. I asked for a layered cut and thinning. I was told I couldn’t get my hair thinned because it would leave a bald spot. I have naturally thick hair… I’ve been getting my hair thinned my whole life. I received neither thinning, nor layers. What I did receive was an uneven botched haircut. I now have to pay someone else to fix my hair. It’s noticeably uneven. My bangs are different lengths on each side. Their credit card machine was down so I had to pay cash. I should have done my research first. You can only expect so much from a $14 haircut I guess. I will never go here again. I forgot to mention, I had to wait several minutes before I was even greeted. There was 2 girls there… One sitting outside the back door and the other was in the bathroom. I would give negative stars if I could. I asked for a layered cut and thinning. I was told I couldn’t get my hair thinned because it would leave a bald spot.
