I gave Cuts by Us a 5-star review because I am extremely happy with the service I received from Sam. I went in not knowing what to expect because my hair was over processed and severely damaged. Sam really took the time to reassure me and to do my hair correctly. She did an amazing job and not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I would definitely recommend Sam and Cuts by Us to anyone who wants their hair to look amazing. I know i will definitely be going back.

I had many bad experiences with stylists in the past messing my hair up and not accomplishing what I wanted at all. However, Lindsay did an amazing job fixing what the last stylist at a different salon did wrong. She took the time to do a test strand and go over my options. The staff there is overall very kind and I honestly haven’t left a salon satisfied with my hair in a long time until I got it done with them. I came here to get my hair done by Lindsay because I saw her photos of other clients she’s done. I had many bad experiences with stylists in the past messing my hair up and not accomplishing what I wanted at all. Myself and my three kids go here…we have three different stylists that we see my one daughter and I go to Kellie, my other daughter goes to Shay and my son actually goes to Kellie, Shay and Richard depending on who is there. We have been going here forever. The staff is actually like family and has always been accommodating. Everyone is down to earth and friendly and we have never had any issues.
