Awful experience with Melissa! I scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 2:30. I get a text 10 min before the appointment,after I’m clearly already on my way, that she needed to reschedule due to being far behind schedule. I had already rescheduled my day for this appointment. I agreed to come back on Saturday at 5. I texted that morning around 8:30 and then again at 10:30 when I hadn’t received a response. Six hours later I still never got a response. Clearly she was ignoring me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And she’s the owner. If you’re a new customer she clearly doesn’t care about your business so don’t even bother.
