I had a great experience coming here last week! The salon is super cute and calming, and Sam gave me a great haircut! He took the time to talk through what cut I wanted before the wash, which I loved! He checked in with me every step of the way during the cut. Would recommend!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. JASON chopped the top of my hair off and completely ruined it. I’ve had to wear my hair up and with 85 Bobby pins everyday since he cut my hair. FOR A YEAR I Haven’t felt good about myself due to this traumatic experience. DO NOT GO HERE.

She asked me what color I was looking for and gave me the most gorgeous pink I was never able to achieve by myself. Melanie Lujan is a master of her craft. I have seen her twice now and truly, I want her to be my colorist for the rest of my life. I came in with a dream, and she plucked that dream out of the clouds and placed it right on my head. The initial dye looked great, but even the fade out continues to amaze. Cutler in Williamsburg is a nice space to be in with friendly and respectful staff and stylists. But if you want a solid and stunning dye job, book with Melanie.

Gaby is a miracle worker. Truly. I came in for just any type of help at all after a week of disastrous hair appointments (first, a balayage that was streaky and chunky and over all terrible, followed by an attempted “correction” that sent me to a weird blonde and still didn’t fix the chunky color). I was lucky Cutler even had time for me, since I was leaving for a flight later in the afternoon. Called in, got an appointment with Gaby, and she immediately saw the issue without me having to explain it, and walked me through my different options for fixing my hair while avoiding more damage. She gave me low lights and corrective color with a glaze, and honestly am obsessed with how it turned out. Thank you Gaby!!
