Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityDr. Lee is so awesome and professional! This facility is super clean and welcoming environment. I recently visited to get clear and brilliant laser treatment. It was my first time getting this treatment, super worried and searched a ton about it before I even arrived. Staff at this place, Jacqueline will definitely make sure you feel most comfortable from start to end. Dr. Lee does laser work which she is so fantastic. She has soothing hands going through my face by sections and explains through out my procedures. She made sure I feel comfortable and okay. After procedure, headed to different room get post care with on my treated face. I can tell they use good products on my skin. It was super nice to get treated and pampered here. It is definitely good investment on your skin! I will highly recommend this place and Dr. Lee to my friends and family. My skin is already smooth and a lot brighter and glowy like what it claims to be. I will definitely go back and do more treatments with Cutismedspa. It was my first time getting this treatment, super worried and searched a ton about it before I even arrived. I visited Cutis for the first time to try Clear and Brilliant laser from my friend’s referral. I had a detailed explanation of procedure I was going to, and I received the treatment in a comfortable atmosphere. Dr.Lee was so friendly and professional. I did Ultheraphy a month ago and clear and brilliant laser and Botox last week and I am already seeing great result. My skin is more firm and smoother texture. I am very happy that I chose to do my procedures at this office! Dr. Lee is so kind and professional and she spends a lot of time to explain about procedures and suggests right ones for my skin. I did Ultheraphy a month ago and clear and brilliant laser and Botox last week and I am already seeing great result. My skin is more firm and smoother texture. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been researching various treatment options for my sagging skin/double chin and came across Cutis Medical Aesthetics. It’s a pretty new office so I knew that there will be some pros and cons but decided to go with my gut. I called to make an appointment and was able to get one right away. One of the perks of going to a new office is that you can get an appointment right away and the wait is short. As I walked in, I noticed how clean and nicely decorated it was. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff and within minutes was able to see the doctor. Unlike other doctors that try to rush you and move on to the next patient, Dr. Lee was so thorough and knowledgeable. Given that I’ve already done my homework (google search lol), I somewhat knew what I was getting into so I promised myself that I wouldn’t get stuck with some overpriced procedure that I couldn’t afford. But Dr. Lee explained to me all of the different treatment options and what would work best for my pocket and my skin type. I chose to get a treatment called Ultherapy on my whole face since its non-invasive and has practically zero down time. The procedure was performed by an RN, Seon who guided me evey step of the way. She had warned me that the treatment might be a little painful beforehand but it wasn’t as bad as I had anticipated. She was very gentle and kept making sure that I wasn’t feeling any pain or discomfort. I think the whole procedure took about 2-3 hours (including a mask to settle the skin) and I came out of the office without any scars or bruises. It’s been about 2 months since my treatment and I have to say, I can already see a huge difference in my chin and neck area. It has definitely tightened my skin and my double chin is less visible. My experience with Dr. Lee and Seon have been so pleasant that I’m definitely planning to make another visit. They’re very friendly and surprisingly affordable.
