I get my nails done here all the time! Everyone is super nice and they always do a great job. They also just upgraded a bunch of their equipment so it feels pretty fancy now! They take credit card which is always helpful. I’m usually able to walk in on weekdays without an appointment and it’s not a problem

My daughter and I arrived at 10:45am on a Saturday as walk-ins. We both got regular mani/pedi services and were done by noon! They were fully staffed with many nail techs (at least 10 if not more) and we only waited maybe 10-15 minutes before our services began. Their spa chairs are brand new and their Wi-Fi enabled me to get some work done while I got my pedi. I’ve been loyal to this location for years with the previous owners and I will be returning again. My daughter and I enjoyed the leg scrub and hot stone massage. If you are on a tight budget I highly recommend asking their pricing before starting. Great job being fully staffed on a Saturday Cutie Nails!!

I went to Cutie Nails for the first time ever and I am extremely happy with the job Kim did! She is fabulous! I also has a wonderful interaction with Angie. Both of these women get the job done right and with courtesy. I think I finally found “MY nail shop”! I’ve only started getting my nails done about two months ago, and since then I’ve gone to three shops prior to cutie nails looking for the right person. Another plus I thought was that Cutie Nails offers your own tool box. Meaning that you pay a sum (not sure how much just yet) for a box of tools used JUST ON YOU!! Great idea especially during covid-19!! To make things better, they give a 10% discount with said box every time it’s used!! Price range for a full set, fill and mani pedi is pretty much the same from the other places. Minor differences. I’m happy to say that I am one satisfied customer! Thank you to all the ladies at Cutie Nails! You are all wonderful and sweet!

Nice environment and short wait. I enjoyed getting my gel manicure. But within one week, one hand had completely chipped/peeled and all the nail polish peeled at the edges and came right off. The other hand stayed perfect! I think maybe one of my hands wasn’t dried sufficiently. Now I only have polish on one hand!!!

I made an appointment for 4 pedis for myself & a few cousins. They did not have the staff to provide the pedicures so we were left sitting in cold water while they attended to other customers (some who came in after us). We were treated poorly when we complained & the whole experience was nasty. I tried to give them another shot recently but again I felt not only unappreciated as a customer but disrespected. I was greeted dismissively and when questioned about what I wanted I was warned of the price in a way that suggested I couldn’t afford the service. To top it off I was told they didn’t accept credit cards (when I know they have in the past) I explained I didn’t have cash so I was told I’d have to pay a 3% fee if I used a credit card on top of their already exorbitant prices. I can’t help but feel it was racially motivated. No matter the motivation I will never return here! I was kind & respectful to everyone at this shop & I deserve/demand the same energy.

I Set an appointment up with Kim for 4pm today through their online system and it said to wait for the confirmation text. I received it and followed the link to confirm my appointment. I showed up 10 minutes til and was told she didn’t have time for me and “she never confirmed my appointment “ the system said absolutely nothing about having to wait for her to confirm. I told her that and she said I would have to wait another hour if I wanted my nails done. The least the could have done is call or text me that an error of double booking happened but nothing. Then trying to blame me? Will not be returning or recommending.
