The person working on my nails made some of my cuticles bleed from the tool he was using. He was working too quickly and got acrylic powder all along the side of my fingers and did not bother to clean it up after he was done. This place was great! I have been looking for a good nail place in Flag and have been so disappointed everywhere I have gone. They were gentle on my cuticles and my gel mani and pedi came out very clean…surprisingly that’s pretty hard to find at other nail salons up here. The nail tech also seemed to actually care about the health of my nails unlike other places I have gone too.

Last month, I got my nails done with acrylics. My total was over $50 and we tipped well! They looked okay at first, but less than a week later they were already chipping and lifting. I called and they said come in. Then the tech told me it was the weather that was causing this and put some cheap glue Underneath, rubbed my hand and said when you come in for a fill then we will do it. It was not worth what I paid. They could have corrected this instead of blaming it on the weather and re-did my nails. The price was originally supposed to be 60 and this was not 60 dollars nor over 40 dollars worth of service. I’m so disappointed as I was referred my a friend and I needed my nails nice for a show I was in.
