First time ever getting a manicure, so I went for a simple gel set and I love them! I was a walk-in and they got to me quickly. So very happy with how everything worked out. Everyone was happy and polite.

Made an appointment for me and my sister for gel manicures. It was GREAT! They did an excellent job and it was fast! Nails are exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

They was a little thick for my liking but they ladies were very nice and fast…. It was fair priced. I usually don’t have a problem with my nails staying on but after a week I lost a nail but I still think they was okay

Nails turned out ok but messy, it was a battle to get what I wanted. I clarified the length I would like my acrylic nails before she started on the next step, she would only clip a sliver off at a time and when I clarified the exact length I preferred again she seemed genuinely mad with my preference, let out an exhausted sigh and said “for real?” The overall vibe the whole time was that we were burdening them with our existence. They also didn’t trim my natural nail and the skin around the nail before applying the acrylics like I’ve experienced at other salons. She sanded down my nails so much that I’m worried how thin they are now under the acrylics- she was pretty aggressive with the tool burning my skin many times. The price point was $88 for acrylic + the basic pedicure, no paint. This is a more premium price point and not the service I experienced. No water or magazine offered and didn’t even allow power on the massage chair during pedicure. I usually leave getting my nails done feeling relaxed and satisfied but this location left me feeling so stressed. I won’t back 🙁

I have gone here for years then moved but I am back to say this salon it so unique mega talented and they do waxing etc too “Becky” who did tiger eyes on then I do hair and can say I’ve never seen this technical application before at least not at the Beauty supply houses I got my hair supplies. So shoot out to Cutie nails and to Becky! She has so much confidence and she can do anything you want. Job well done!

I went in for gel nails and they did a terrible job. They painted over my cuticle so when my nails grew out they were snagging on everything. After a few days they started chipping. The gel layer was so thin it felt like normal nail polish, but didn’t cost the same as normal nail polish. Some of my nails have layers of the gel peeling off. Will not being going back.

My first experience here was great, but the second time- not so much. I asked to have my gel nail soaked off, but then she whips out the dremel sander… OK, fine. BUT she sands so much it BURNS. 🙁 and now my nails are so thin and weak- I’m gonna have to baby them till they grow out.

I’ve gone to Cutie nails on and off for years, but recently I have noticed that they are over priced forsure. My 20 minute manicure without polish or gloss cost $40 when it’s listed as $20. My $29 pedicure was also $40. Lets be real, as if your going to dispute them at the counter; after all it’s a luxury expense…and now they’re charging a $2 Customer service fee just for being a customer there. No water, magazine’s, or even music to listen to. Everyone has their opinion and mine is $82 + tip = I work as well and choose to spend wisely. There are many other options out there that are reasonably priced and ethical when it comes to charging their customers.
