Cutie Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to cutie nails for a fill on my full set. I came in about 30 minutes before closing and left about 45 minutes after they closed. There were a lot of things i didn’t like about my nails, one i said i wanted coffin, he did square, two he didn’t push my cuticles back so the acrylic was literally sitting on top of my skin, and three he put 5 layers of gel polish on my nails so they were super bulky. But like I said i was there way past closing so i was trying to be considerate of their time, I decided to just come back in the morning to get them fixed. So i did and the same guy was there he had a huge attitude and i was being very polite about it. During him fixing my nails i asked for a simple design (a line drawn down the middle of my nail) and he told me “i don’t do designs only my wife does” then i asked “So there’s nobody else here who can do it for me” he answered “no”. That exact same guy did my friends nails and she had about 5 different detailed designs, which shows i was being lied to. I work in customer service so i know how to be very polite which i was, at no point in time was i being rude, so now i am wondering why I was being lied to. I could also tell he was trying to rush my nails, so bad that i left out with cuts on my hands because of how rough and fast he was being.
