My husband went in and asked them for a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure they gave him one for $45. I went in today and only had time for a pedicure which wasn’t all that great. As I was moved over to the drying station another of the staff told my nail tech she had taken too long on me and to clean up my station later since she was needed to do another clients nails. I was very surprised when I went to check out and was told my regular pedicure was $32 when my gift certificate should’ve covered both services. So I walked out with $13 left on my certificate and a feeling of being rushed through my service. Really not thrilled with the experience.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy friend and I walked into the nail salon with an appointment to get dip one with nail extensions. Over the phone she said that this would be fine, but when we got there she said that she had another appointment and didn’t have time for us. She wasted our time and I will not be coming here again.

Service was amazing seeing I was a last minute walk in customer right before they were closing. Had a refill done and a pedicure with first class all out treatment. They used 2 different feet and leg exfoliating scrub and then a hot towel rub along with hot stone rub on my.legs and feet. Was really nice to experience good service like that seeing though the previous pedi I had done at Ten perfect nails was horrible from the start when she had me sit in pedi chair and put my feet to soak the water was ice cold so immediately took them out and told her the water was to cold to put my feet in so she drained some water and added hot water which only made it luke warm almost room temperature. And once this wonderful woman cuties removed the old gel polish I had on my toe nails I realized the woman at ten perfect nails didn’t even cut my nails evenly and I think it was the owner who did the pedi if I’m not mistaken

This is my first time coming, the staff is very nice and very professional customer service is #1.when I say it’s the best it’s the best my tech did a wonderful job on my nails and my pedicure both are very good and awesome! I will be returning back this place is amazing compared to all nail salon in cypress.
