Cuticles Complete Nail Care

Critical: ValueI usually come to this nail salon with my mom and when we started coming here they would make us wait for others that had appointments made already which makes sense and we didn’t mind waiting. Later on, I started making appointments for the both of us and when I did that, they would still make us wait because they had a lot of walk ins. So what’s the point of making the appointment if they are just going to fit us in wherever is more convenient on their time? I came back to this salon today and forgot to make an appointment so we were told to wait about 30 min before we could be helped. We agreed and sat down to wait patiently. Three parties were passed before we were and they did not have an appointment either and got there at least 30 min after we did. At that point I asked one of the people working if my mom was going to be helped and he said “I can’t help her because I have appointments to do and she needs to get extensions which is more time.” Yet after he did my nails he helped someone else who did not have an appointment and needed extensions as well. The whole time we were there he didn’t assist someone that had an appointment. I’m not sure what it is with this salon but I’ve noticed that they pick and choose who they want to assist.
