I used to really like this place, but not anymore. I came in when they opened at 10 and they asked if I had an appointment, I said no but I could wait. They told me 15 minutes. After 15 minutes they had me sit in a pedicure chair with my feet in the water and wait. Now the 15 minutes they asked me to wait is turning into 45 minutes. I’m about to get up and just leave. I don’t mind waiting but don’t tell me 15 minutes when it’s clearly not a 15 min wait. Will find a new salon from here on out.

I don’t usually get involved in the “review thing”, but have to give an amazing shout out to Lilly, my masseuse. She is so attentive and focused on my/your request. For me, (a young 70) she works my lower right side of my back. The table is heated and clean. And I always call for an appointment. What is difficult about making an appointment? I do miss Nikki, but Lilly is awesome. Lilly will ask questions and focus on your needs. Shoulder, knots, back, neck, just let Lilly know. I have no more knots.

I give this place 2 stars only because my first few times good job. After the 3rd the nail polish was not staying on after 4 days. I asked for gel. I also took my daughter and she wanted a certain color and design, when they did it wrong they made it seem like it was her fault and they gave an attitude to redo, which was only 1 nail not 5. Their price is very high. I paid over $100 for gel on my nails and my daughter and pedicure on me. Will never go again. It is very true by what some customers say, rude and they only care about the money and not customer satisfaction.

One of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. Not only are the staff disrespectful and dismissive, they do not care whether or not you leave the salon satisfied. They are only interested in you paying for the services, but not ensuring that the service was fulfilled properly. Will most definitely discourage anyone from going to the salon due to their lack of care, respect, and courtesy for the customer. Can tell why Chris and Susan’s main customers are high school students….no adult would put up with the blatant ignorance.

Always happy with the service, they do good work and they are honest about what they can or cannot do. It’s always nice and mellow inside, no screaming and yelling while you are trying to chill. I’ve been up and down route 9 looking for something closer to my house, but Cuticles is worth the trip.
