Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSecond time coming here, fisrt time I came the nail set was ok. It was kind of late, I said maybe they were in a rush, well today I went back and they had to repaint my nails twice, the quality of the nails are very poor. They are always rushing to get the next customer. Won’t be coming back for sure. A complete waist of time, and money. Second time coming here, fisrt time I came the nail set was ok. It was kind of late, I said maybe they were in a rush, well today I went back and they had to repaint my nails twice, the quality of the nails are very poor. Critical: QualityStaff extremely friendly, however, the nail quality is extremely poor. This is not the 1st or 2nd, but the 3rd time I have been to them for a full set and nails broke off within 2/3 days. During this last time I called and informed the young lady that my nail broke and she stated that there weren’t any open appointments available for me to get my ONE nail repaired that broke within 3 days. I expressed my frustration and she said that I could come in but I would have to wait and when I asked how long would I have to wait she told me 1 hour minimum. AN HOUR WAIT for ONE nail! Staff extremely friendly, however, the nail quality is extremely poor. This is not the 1st or 2nd, but the 3rd time I have been to them for a full set and nails broke off within 2/3 days. I want to first say the tech was very sweetie(and super pretty) it was her off day she just happened to come and took me while she was there which is great and I appreciate that. Unfortunately the application was just not great. After leaving, blinking hurt, my eyes were red and irritated. I initially thought it was just something in my eye and it just got worse. After looking at the application of the lashes I noticed a few issues. The irritation got so uncomfortable I had to take them off in less that 5 hours. Went in to get my lashes done. I got a full set. I want to first say the tech was very sweetie(and super pretty) it was her off day she just happened to come and took me while she was there which is great and I appreciate that. Unfortunately the application was just not great. After leaving, blinking hurt, my eyes were red and irritated. I initially thought it was just something in my eye and it just got worse.
