First of GLAD they have new owners. I Called 20 minutes before I arrived to see if they would take me in last minute. John took me in for a pedicure and I got a basic pedicure with gel polish (they last super long ) Anna and John were very friendly.. I kind of got the sense that they were in a bit of rush. John did my pedicure and the massage wasn’t the greatest, the hot towels were kept on for like 4 seconds and then taken off. He did a great job with the pedicure overall he paid good attention to detail. Anna did my eyebrows and although she was in the middle of a manicure (I told her I could wait ) she stopped and told she she would wax them quickly. Not worth the $10 wax for it being rushed and her missing a lot of tiny hairs around my eyebrows that I then plucked at home. The salon was empty it was just me and another client with three people working. I will never make sense on why I was kind of rushed out of there. My end product was great, but experience not to great. As a new mom, going to work full time, I wish it was more relaxing. Overall would’ve been a 5 star if the experience was more relaxing.

I was looking for a new nail salon and I happened across Cute Nails. Let me just say that the staff was very friendly & my tech, Johnny, was AMAZING! I started with a pedicure that was very relaxing and the massage at the end…10 stars! I then tasked him with removing my gel nails. I can honestly say that this was the most gentle removal I’ve ever had. Cute Nails has earned a loyal new customer.

Nice people but those prices are not worth the horrible quality. Definitely overpriced. I’ve been getting acrylics for years and this is one of the worst salons I’ve been to. I went there twice with high hopes of getting good quality nails, but the end result was disappointing. Shape is off, application is bumpy, “no chip gel” which they charge extra for….chips, nails don’t even last more than 2 weeks.

Unfortunately my nails did not come out the way I asked. I don’t even know how to describe the shape I got, but I asked him to use a photo as a reference . I wanted that exact shape , and my nails look like little beans or something. They’re so ugly and thick looking. I don’t live in town and it’s too far from me to get the fixed so now I need to wait and get the fixed somewhere else. I paid 50 freaking dollars too which the sign says (gel polish 35$) I chose 2 plain polishes with no design. How does that equal out to 50? And I also got a fricked up shape never coming back.

Just went to this place recently as a little birthday treat to myself. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Pricing is decent. Johnny was my nail tech. He paid great attention to detail and did a wonderful job. Although I had a simple mani-pedi, I got so many compliments on my nails, more than usual and it’s a reflection of his work. He was also so caring and respectful and made sure the experience was as lovely as possible (such as checking the water to make sure it’s warm enough and having pleasant conversation.) I found the whole environment to be clean, friendly and relaxing. I look forward to going back when I can.
