Critical: Professionalism, QualityOn 10/29 My nails were horrible!! I went back on Saturday, Lindsay had the nasty attitude because I told her the guy in chair 7 did not do my nails to my liking. Gel nails polished was horrible two of my nails was sitting sideways. Lindsey had the Audacity to say it was my fingers. Not true at all. I was charged $81 just for nails keep in mind when getting gel nails you would think they used power acrylic vs reg acrylic. Lindsey told I had to request power acrylic I was livid!!! So, I told her why was I charged $81 on my visit? She then went to talk in her language for y’all do download the translator on your cell. I’m a traveling Nurse so I come across different nationalities. Lindsey I know what exactly what you said just know I would Never come back!! Lindsay Ever think people not smart enough to download an app. I told her I needed to file the nails down and change the color. Lindsey told me it will be $25 charged to change the color again why was I charge $81 Y’all please find another nail place in Hoover, I’ve live in Hoover for 28yrs never experienced such horrible service. On 10/29 My nails were horrible!! I went back on Saturday, Lindsay had the nasty attitude because I told her the guy in chair 7 did not do my nails to my liking. The designs I have on my hands are horrible (the acrylic is too lumpy). I even mentioned before the man completed the full design that I did not like it but the owner convinced me to let him finish saying it was going to turn out nice. However, that was not the case. A few hours after getting my nails done the gel paint started to lift and break off. I sent them a message showing how my polish was not dried all the way. A few days later I came into the salon for my paint to be done over. I requested a different color because I didn’t want to experience the same thing (because the polish was a little clumpy in the container). I was told I would be charged $15 (which I thought was insane considering that I had to make time out of my busy schedule to travel all the way back to get my nails done). The person also took extra steps into fixing my nails that he didn’t even do initially (shaking my head). And to top it off I never received a “sorry for the inconvenience” or just an apology in general from the person I talked to via Facebook messenger and from the person who did my nails.Horrible experience! Horrible experience! I will not be coming back to this place ever again. My nails were not to my liking. The designs I have on my hands are horrible (the acrylic is too lumpy).
