Prices up and service down. I was charged $40 for a basic pedicure that was about 15-20 minutes not including dry time. This is my second time being very disappointed and feeling overcharged for the service I received here. I won’t be back. If you can get the older lady, not sure of her name, she does an amazing job on pedicures. The others I have had are not friendly and rush through.

The wait time was over 1 hour. Only 3 people working. The Pedi was soooo ugly! My dip powder nails, cracked and chipped the next day!!!! I couldn’t go back because of work all week! But $95 for mani and pedi to crack and chip the very next day is unacceptable!!! Dip powder, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE UNLESS you don’t mind getting 1/2 service for full price. When the issue was addressed politely with the employees they refused to listen stating they speak no English. When running a business in a country where that is the primary language one should at least be familiar enough with the language to conduct business professionally. Not just say no English and laugh. The pedicure was less than acceptable and no massage. This nail salon use to be my favorite place until last night. I got the worst service. I paid $45 for a fill in then they not only messed up the shape of my nails. I had to tell them that your suppose to get two coats of polish and then top coat. The lady polished them by just slapping the paint on them. Then she wanted to charge me for a second coat of polish. Then when I called to file a complaint they were rude as hell and still never fixed the issue. They told me if I didnt like my nails that I didn’t have to come back ever again. So again very terrible customer service.

BEWARE Do not go here. The previous owners were amazing. I went back there for their services to find out they were no longer there. I was charged 56.00 for a basic pedicure. I was not given a massage with it. When I politely told him i disagree with the price charged he said he doesn’t speak English. When I told him I wouldn’t be back and would leave a review he laughed. He understood that just fine.
