I stopped in before an appointment, I’m new to the area & have never been here before. I was short on time, they got me in & out. When I tell you my nails are absolutely perfect I mean perfect. I’ve gotten my nails done for years & never once have I said they were perfect!! I wish I knew the young lady’s name but she took her time & paid attention to detail & her work shows. I’m so happy!

I got my nails done and eyebrows waxed today on a whim, and they were so careful with it. She did not rush, and really took her time to make sure the nails and eyebrows looked the way I wanted them. I asked for hearts on my ring nail and she hand-painted them. They look great. I’m really happy with them, I’ve already texted several friends and told them that this should be our new go to place.

My nail technician was Sary, Who only works weekends and helped me decide between gel nails and powder dipped nails. We decided to go for the powder dip nails. She did a fantastic job and was great to talk to as well. She told me to come back in 2 to 3 weeks for a fill and then gave me the price of what it would be. I felt very comfortable going there and can’t wait to go back. My nail technician was Sary, Who only works weekends and helped me decide between gel nails and powder dipped nails. We decided to go for the powder dip nails. Love my nails! This is my 2nd time getting them done here and both times have been great. I hate fat/thick dip nails. The staff does a great job of keeping the nails thin, but not too much that it will cause breakage. Friendly staff

I am very disappointed. I had my nails redone with the powder Wednesday or Thursday of last week. I have tips on because my own nails are short. Over the week-end I had one of the tips come off (my fault) I went in last night to get the nail fixed. I expected to pay for it. Well they were busy and the lady who did my nails before was not there. This younger girl comes over and can’t seem to match the polish and she didn’t put another tip on. and when I asked about new tip she said no – next time you come. She just used her little machine to rough up the nail and put some different color polish on my nail. I asked about new tip and she said “I can put one on if you want but I can’t match color.” It is my first finger on my right hand and it is very noticeable that it is much shorter than the rest because of no tip and the color is way off. I was so upset she was going to send me out like that I just walked out. I come there often because it is close to home but I will find a new place. I am now wearing a band aide on my finger so you can’t see how bad it looks. I would have paid to change the polish on all the nails had she seemed interested to make my nails look good (since she could not seem to match the color and she didn’t ask anyone to help her match it) but she seemed in to big a hurry to get to someone who came in that wanted a full set of Gel done. I gave them 2 stars because most of the people are nice. By the way I waited 20 minutes for she to do my nail because they were busy. Not like I was rushing them.

I wish I could give them a zero for bad customer service and charging my card twice. I got a gel manicure and my daughter got a full set. The person doing my nails was moving slow at first, which was fine. However, another customer walked in when he was still polishing the first hand and they asked him if he would be ready to take another person in 5 minutes. He said yes and began to rush through my nails. There was a hair stuck in the polish and there were a lot of air bubbles that I pointed out. He started to argue with me and said he couldn’t see them but painted an extra layer over it. He then got up as soon as he put my hand under the light and began to work on another customers nails. I waited for 5 min before I figured he wasn’t coming back to ask if I was satisfied with my nails or to finish wiping of the nails with alcohol as they usually do at the end. So I proceeded to wipe my own nails off and go pay for our services. She swiped my card but something was wrong with the receipt paper so they wrote out a paper receipt. Fine. I sat down and waited for my daughter to be done and they came to ask me to swipe again. I walked to the front with her and she turned around to join in a personal conversation with a few of the other workers that had nothing to do with what was happening at the moment. After a minute of standing there I interpreted and asked them what they needed from me. They swiped my card again and it still did not print out a paper. They asked to swipe again but I refused. I then look at my daughters nails only to find that they did not ask if she wanted to keep her real nails long before cutting them and they left spaces unpolished as you can see kind of see in the picture. They charged my card twice. Don’t waste your time here
