Critical: QualityMy mother and I went to get our nails done. Her nails came out bumpy and not neat at all. It looked like little bubbles on her finger. My nails weren’t even the same length not to mention the poor job on the ombré affect, wait…there’s more… my nails were extremely bumpy as if acrylic was missing and almost all of my nails look crooked. 150 dollarsDown the drain… won’t be coming back. My mother and I went to get our nails done. Her nails came out bumpy and not neat at all. It looked like little bubbles on her finger. My nails weren’t even the same length not to mention the poor job on the ombré affect, wait…there’s more… my nails were extremely bumpy as if acrylic was missing and almost all of my nails look crooked. 150 dollars

Critical: ProfessionalismRude! For reasons completely beyond me. I walked in to a empty shop, ask for dip nails, in color that I had on my index finger. The lady says “Ok, you pick your color.” I said the exact one on my index finger. She had the same response so I go searching for color since clearly she wasn’t going to lead me in the right direction. We sit and I tell her I would like glitter on on just two fingers, she says “OK, $3 extra. I’m like $3 for TWO nails?! Fine, cray but fine, I want what I want so I say OK. Lastly, I ask her could this be done by 4pm? (The time was currently 2:30pm) and she says I’ll be finish in 15 minutes. WHAT?!!! I thought she was joking so I laugh and she said “Yes, only 15 minutes. So I said that’s a true rush job and she responds “ You talk too much I can get it done in 15 minutes but you talk too much.” I say thank you and leave shop. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe only place I will go for nails. The place is extremely clean and Nick and Holly are excellent. My daughters have had the other nail techs and been very pleased. I love going here.
