Avoid. So many of my experiences here were negative. I went back to see if I would have a better experience this time around and was proven wrong when I walked out with this manicure (pictures provided). It made me feel very upset because of how much I payed for it. How could you let a customer walk out with nails like this?

I come here every month for nail and lash services. Not only are they professional, they are extremely friendly and caring people. I have to bring my daughter to most of my appointments because I’m a single mom, and they are so kind to her and I. This will always be the place that I come to unwind and get the best service! I asked for a gel manicure. I was asked if I wanted dip powder. Never having done this I was skeptical but said sure. I showed the color I wanted but she asked me to pic another color. I picked a dark maroon color. What I got was an extremely light mauve color.She never performed a manicure either, just did the dip. But you can bet I was charged for the manicure!! I should have said something but it was easier to just walk out knowing I’d never be back!! The girl was rough, didn’t care that the color was wrong and never spoke to me. I will never visit this place again. I suggest you stay away, too!!!

This is my only nail salon I go to in Lake Geneva, WI! They do a great job, always friendly and always have openings! I brought in pics of what I wanted and they did even better design than I was expecting. Highly recommend!!!

Will never go back. Went in today for full set of nails and a pedicure. They were pretty busy. It took a couple minutes before I was greeted. I told them what I needed, then signed my name on the check in sheet. The man at front desk told me to pick a color and pointed me to the left. 3 men walked in after me asking for pedicures.. they were greeted immediately and front desk man asked if they wanted anything to drink, he proceeded to get them 3 glasses of wine while they waited. I was then directed to nail technician John. I have been to him before and didn’t care for how he did my nails, I thought this time would be different, it was not. He put on full set, didn’t ask what shape I wanted, and they look flat and bulky! they didn’t have my original color I picked so he suggested a different pink. It looked close to the color I picked but when he painted my nails there was bubbles and holes in the top coat. The sides were unevenly painted and when he put the clear top coat it changed the color and somehow it looks like I have 2 different pinks on. The whole time he was doing my nails he kept looking up and around at what was going on around him. Owner continued to ask everyone if they’d like a drink. I was never asked and felt like an inconvenience. Pedicure lady did just fine. I told her I didn’t like my nails, when she was done she notified owner and he had John repaint my nails.. they still came out flat bulky and 2 shades of pink with a couple spots that look like indented bubbles. 2.5 hours and $77 later I left super stressed out.

Great experience. Just got my pedicure done and the woman who did my toes genuinely took her time to make sure my nails were all even and the color was the right color i wanted. I appreciate those who do not rush with their work and she surely took her time and everything was great! Will come back here again when I’m in the area.

The nicest ladies ever!! Great service, very accommodating. They catered to our needs and my friend and I left very happy! The place was very clean and sanitary. Would definitely come back here. Got gel nails and acrylic nails with art work! Would recommend!

Let me tell you, this place is bomb! It’s new, clean and the staff is so friendly. They have so many colors to choose from and they do a phenomenal job on your nails. I will definitely be back!
