Critical: Professionalism, QualityDO NOT GO- you will end up with cuts.If I could give 0 or negative stars I would.I got a basic manicure with acrylic polish and it took them 30 minutes, 4 cuts on my hands!, I had to argue with the lady about not getting gel polish, the polish wasn’t even smooth it was bumpy and if you look at my nails to the side the are rounded! I told them I didn’t want my nails shorter and she made them the shortest they could possibly go. My ABSOLUTE favorite place. If they had 1,000 customers, I would be one of them. If they had 10 customers, I would be one of them. If they had 0 customers, I would be dead. This place is fantastic and the employees here make it into a lovely environment that I love coming back to every time. The work they put into my nails is phenomenal, and always get compliments on it. They are so underrated and the hot stones here is just life changing. The experience here is so different but yet just amazing each time. My favorite go-to place. THIS IS MY GUCCI VERSION OF NAIL SALON. High quality and long lasting nails. Every. Single. Time.

Was expecting something like the picture I showed them because the reviews seemed good and the pictures online looked good. However, I was disappointed. The quality of the acrylics was poor and was all over my fingers. The lines were really thick and not straight and left nail polish on my fingers. Good at pedicures but can’t do a simple design and my nail light was not working so it kept puckering the gel. Tried telling the lady but she kept covering it with clear polish like it would help. My nails were not properly filed to give me a smooth smile line. White design was jacked. The lady before me complained about the same thing… should’ve known them

This place deserves 5 stars! I didn’t get both of the women’s names but I will be coming back. They saved my ugly nails from the 2 previous salons that did me dirty. I came in with acrylics and left with powder nails. I’m so happy they were willing to fix my nails and not rush me out the door. The lady that did my nails took her time and I’m glad she did. Taking off my acrylics hurt because she just used another nail to take them off instead of soaking them but I didn’t care they were so ugly the quicker the better lol. When I saw my nails I wanted to cry tears of joy! I’m glad I found this place. I will be coming back.

The lady’s were very sweet. My sister and I both got full sets and although other clients came in we did NOT feel rushed. The lady’s had amazing communication constantly making sure they had everything correct, while bringing on conversations with us. My sister and I both love our nails & will be going back.
