Place and staff was inviting. I did call ahead before coming in and they said they were able to get me in shortly at the time I called which was nice. I hardly get a manicure but decided so since I’m going on vacation and wanted to do something a little different. My nails were done by Liz. I showed her some inspiration photos but she made my nails look way better than I expected and way better than photos I showed her. So glad with the decision I made and I love them so much!

Honestly, very disappointed. Came here with a friend to get pedicures. Her lady started her pedicure probably 10 minutes before mine even got there and they finished them at the same time. Very sloppy and just looks absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your money.

I’ve never had to wait at this nail salon. You can basically just walk right in & immediately start the session. They are reasonably priced for a pedicure. We paid for the $50 pedicure which included the hot stones, paraffin wax, exfoliating scrub, & callus remover. The nail polish was not the greatest. On one of my big toes you can see that the tech did not layer the polish evenly & was not uniform. Also, the massage was not the greatest. They lady only massaged my legs & did not massage my feet. The massage on my feet is the thing I look forward to when getting a pedicure.

My husband and I always go there to get our feet done and for me to get a full set and sometimes a fill for my full set. The lady that did my nails did a very horrible job and she overcharged me by $15 when my regular cost is $55 but instead they charged me $70. I informed the lady before I left the salon that she overcharged me and she did less work so I was confused as to why she did this. I called ahead of time to ask them to fix my nails because she did horribly and for my $15back that she stole for me. I called them ahead of time to remind them that I was going to be on my way so they can fix the issue and they welcomed me into the establishment. The manager wanted to yell at me raise her voice at me and she put into her phone 911 and then when I noticed that she did that she went to her Facebook app instead but I had already seen what she did. Another customer witness the entire situation and told them what they were doing was wrong and illegal for not honoring the prices posted and they did not inform the public of their so-called pay increase since Covid. I was very respectful and very nice and was told that nobody wanted to do my nails because I’m so particular about how I would like some done. Newsflash when I’m paying you real money I want my nails to be real nice . So my husband and I will not be going back there we will take our business elsewhere. My skin color and my race has played a factor in their discrimination toward me and that’s not OK. And I have everything recorded video and audio and it will be posted to TikTok because this behavior is disgusting and absolutely unprofessional.

I was greeted as soon as I entered and asked what service I was wanting to have. I was given a variety of colors to select from, which is always a difficult decision to make. I was seated with one nail tech who wrapped my nails to remove the current gel polish that I had on and then I was switched over to Linda or Linna who was great, she stopped multiple times to ask if the nail filing instrument caused my nails any pain, which was very considerate of her and she was really precise when polishing my nails, which I love because when my nails start to grow out the gel polish will still look good. I will be back to see her next time.

Very unprofessional. She was clearly unconcerned about how about how I wanted my nails done. I had an acrylic overlay that needed to be removed, she filed my nails and puffed them rushing through it, then started polishing my nails with the cuticles raised it looked like my nails were 2 weeks old when I left. I should have not paid her anything. The polish was so thick I told her Just take it off. I left with clear thick nails. Spending my hard earn money there was a mistake! Never again will I go there! This is my first time writing a review on any business but I had to tell it!
