Kim is an astronomically phenomenal person and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented in her craft and goes above and beyond one’s expectations. I have extremely long 3C type curly hair that is very unmanageable by hairstylists at times, but I did not feel this way getting this service. I got a Brazilian Blowout, and my hair came out gorgeous and beyond my expectations. Of course, I was definitely skeptical about trusting someone new with my hair, but from the first phone call she made me feel comfortable and cared for.
