Called about setting up haircuts for 3 kids. Was told 5:30. Showed up at 5:25, was told “it’ll just be a little while” when we walked in. Only one hairdresser available and she was just barely starting the cut of another customer. No hurry. Waited 30 minutes and then upon finishing the current customer, hairdresser started an entirely new haircut and wash on a different customer without so much as a word to me about when she could get to my kids or an apology for the wait. Ended up leaving because we were clearly not wanted or cared about. Poor management and customer service. If you don’t want to cut kids hair or you already know you are behind, don’t lead other people on to think otherwise. Very disappointed.

Got mine and my sisters ear piercing. They did not disclose that the piercing would be $60 EACH. For the ugliest earrings and sloppiest piercing I have ever seen. They don’t take credit/debit of course. So unprofessional and the place is not clean. They didn’t even have cleaning solution for our piercing, just told us to use alcohol. The place is a joke.

Went in for a basic trim and walked out with a large, noticeable bald spot on the side of my head. They offered me a free haircut, once I called to complain. But, there’s no way I’m heading back to a place that let’s takes a customer’s money and lets them walk out the door looking like that. Shameful
