Critical: ProfessionalismI got my hair done there yesterday. The experience with Janet was absolutely amazing! When I got home and got to really look at my hair I realized it was yellow with orange hotspots and am in desperate need of toning for a wedding in four days. When I called to see if Janet was in I was told she was not so I asked if someone else could help, I was told that they didn’t have time for me and that there was nothing that could be done. IM FURIOUS!!!! THIS SHOULD BE A SIMPLE 20 MINUTE SOLUTION AND NEEDED TO BE RESOLVED INSTEAD I GOT TOLD THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING AND THAT THEY DIDNT NEED TO HELP ME AND THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH ME AND GOT HUNG UP ON!!!!!!! When I got home and got to really look at my hair I realized it was yellow with orange hotspots and am in desperate need of toning for a wedding in four days.
