OUR STORY Cut Ups opened the original location in Downtown Winter Garden in June of 2004 and has since relocated to the town of Oakland, FL. We’re a full-service salon that specializes in cuts, coloring, and nails for the entire family! Our team strives to create a family-friendly atmosphere for everyone. We offer a full line of haircare, skincare, and local products. Come visit our salon located between Winter Garden and Clermont in the quiet little town of Oakland at Oakland Place. I went there this morning to check out the salon and talk to a stylist about my hair. The place was busy but NOT ONE employee greeted me when I walked in. I sat down and waited for someone to finish what they were doing so I could tell them what I wanted and to make an appointment to get my hair done. I was there for over twenty five minutes and two employees had finished with their clients and neither one acknowledged me. One lady had two clients going at once so I can’t really get too upset even though she should’ve at least asked me what I wanted, but the other employee cleaned up her area and then proceeded to get on the phone. All of the women saw me but none said anything to me. I finally left. I am so disappointed because they have a 5 star rating but they totally made me feel invisible.
