Worst place I have ever been to in terms of customer service! I asked for streaks but they gave me only three hair strands of color. Additionally, the color was not consistent throughout my hair. When I asked the manager for a refund, they refused to give me any form, not even a partial one because it “isn’t a part of their policy”. They only gave me two options: pay more money to get my hair fixed or get only ONE of the six strands they dyed for me fixed! The manager was also rude to me when I was explaining my issues. NEVER GO TO THIS SALON IF YOU WANT A QUALITY DYE JOB!

I’ve been going here religiously for over 5 years and have never left unhappy. I travel 40 minutes each way because I know I’m getting the highest quality service in a friendly atmosphere. Every haircut, waxing, my nails by Ashley have been perfect. Amanda went out of her way on a busy day to make my hair beautiful for my wedding rehearsal dinner. I can’t say enough about all the girls here. I would highly recommend this salon to my family and friends!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDefinitely not the worst hair cut I’ve gotten, but as mentioned in earlier comments, my haircut was “done” in 5 minutes. I was absolutely shocked when she said all done. It literally doesn’t look like I got a haircut. I asked for a fade and she just buzzed the sides with zero attention to detail. I could tell she didn’t want to be there, but that’s not my fault. I also gave a 40% tip because I know these are hard times, but when I got home and looked at the back, sides, front, and top, I felt so ripped off. What kind of haircut does anyone expect to get in 5 minutes? I’m new to the area and was in desperate need of a haircut, so I just went here out of desperation. I don’t like writing poor reviews, but I’m not going to just let this slide as if it’s no big deal. You pay for a service and when the service is poor, the owner and other customers should know.
