Had to request a refund!! I was a little nervous about getting my hair trimmed as I’m Native American spiritual and do not believe in unnecessary cutting of hair so I called ahead and explained I had past experiences that kept me from going into a hair salon for some time and was reassured that I wouldn’t need to worry (not the case) I wanted to leave a glowing review bcuz at the time of leaving I felt I got great service Sharita was very sweet kind and pleasant and seemed very attentive, she was very skilled at what she does these things were not the issue. The issue is that unfortunately it seems she doesn’t listen well I expressed that I didn’t want certain areas cut or trimmed with buzz trimmers only above my ears and everything behind them and around the back simply lined up (straighten the existing hairline)(explained clearly my beliefs and that I only wanted certain things trimmed/cut) what I got was a new hairline that is almost 3 inches from what was my existing hairline. Needles to say I’m deeply upset as this is going to take me some time to grow back in and won’t make it into a ponytail or match in when it does that and the hair was carelessly discarded going against my beliefs. When I called to simply express to Sharita my grievance she told me she gave me what I asked for knowing full well I can’t see behind my head just didn’t seem very apologetic. All in all she’s a lovely person and I truly believe she tries very hard to please her customers and perform professional and extraordinary service just be sure she’s not tight on time as she was with me and make sure she’s clear on the cut you’re seeking she could however work on not being so prideful

Absolutely amazing!!! I hadn’t had my hair cut professionally in a long time and I was nervous about getting it cut. Sharita was so understanding about me being nervous and talked me through what needed to be done. The shampoo was so relaxing and I’m so happy with my cut!! I will for sure be coming back and bringing my kids with me !

Positive: Professionalism, Quality1st time visit. I hadn’t had my hair colored in years so I didn’t have a regular stylest and had lots of Grey. I was so worried about just walking into any saloon because my hair is super thick and very long. Sherita got me in on my bday. I got a cut and a color with some highlights. She not only did a wonderful job but she’s an awesome person. She’s an artist with the colors and scissors. She’s very professional and she cares about how your hair turns out. I LOVE MY HAIR .
