I was number 3 in line (including the guy in the chair) and I waited 2 hours before I could get my hair cut. Also, walk-ins are mostly turned away, even if there is no one in the shop. It is almost appointments only, that needs to be advertised because nobody is going to know that. If a hair cutting place has it’s open sign on/up you need to expect business. If walk-ins are not wanted, display that information on the front of the building so people will not walk in to get a hair cut. However, if you offer to pay $20+ to get your haircut, than you might get your hair cut as a walk-in (just for a regular cut, nothing special).
