I always use to think that I would never need one. But man was I wrong. Gehrig is very knowledgeable when it comes to this. First time I met him I was skeptical about seeing him but he fixed a on going issue I had going with my hip every time I would spar. He gave me a 15 min massage and it was the most painful but amazing feeling. Once he was done he told me to move around and the aching pain I had in my hip just was gone. He is a real life Miyagi!
