Extremely unprofessional. I took off work early so that my 86 year old mom could have her hair done by Blanca. When we arrived Blanca indicated she was busy (there were no other clients in the salon) and that her assistant would be performing the service. She made no apologies nor provided any explanation. How very disrespectful to my mom who had been waiting so anxiously to have her hair fixed! Fortunately there are other salons that run their businesses with sincere interest and consideration for their clients.
