Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTrudy/Owner hair stylist told us to come in and after she looked at me and my son(profiled us as poor Hispanics), she said I can only cut your son’s hair right now, she then stated “I can’t cut your hair cause I’m closing early today, anyways its $20 for Men’s haircut”, she spent a total of 5 minutes in my son’s haircut, it looked like a dog had nibbled on his head, horrible hair cut. She says $15 for Boys cut, I asked her if she could fix it and make front/sides/back even, she said “no time, I am closing early!”Sign says Men’s hair cut $10 and Boys $8, Trudy Hairstylist says the price is $15 now, it changed…That’s really unfortunate that a business women would #profile clients on the 1st visit, #2 Increase price at will #3 LIE that she closes early to avoid cutting a Hispanic person’s hair.
