I get my hair colored about 3 times a year and never not once has my hair fell out in clumps when I get it dyed . But just recently I got it done here and the first time it was fine but the second time my hair was falling out in clumps and she just said “it’s normal “ no it’s not … obviously she let the stuff sit in way to long !!!!! And it wasn’t toned the way I wanted it . I won’t be back . I’ll be going back to my regular girl that has NEVER made my hair fall out ever! And my hair is very very splotchy in parts. Like some parts weren’t done there’s little brown spots all in my head where the blonde is supposed to be. This time it was just very careless and rushed

Kay is the best there is out there! She did my hair a few days ago when I was in an extreme emergency. I called her and she fit me in within one hour of my phone call. She saved my day! We were having family pictures made and I could find no one to do my hair. Then I found Kay on Google and I thought I would take a chance and I’m so glad I did! She did my hair exactly how I wanted it done, cut, color everything was perfect! Kay way a delight to have conversations with! She is an angel!
