Arrived at 6pm to get my 2 years old hair cut today and was told he wasn’t taking any one else because he “ had to go” .. didn’t offer to make an appointment or anything! Idk If he has great talent or not but he does have poor customer service…… because they didn’t close until 715 pm and literally only one person in the chair and ive been calling for dayssssss and hours/minutes prior to my arrival but no one likes to answe the phone…… I was really disappointed because it would of taken him just a few minutes and as I nurse and my husband a property manager, We never seem to get off work on time to do so and he’s suppose to be attending a party tomorrow. Oh well.
