Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe first time I went it was great and the haircutter was nice and professional. This time I went the person cut the tops of my ears and never said anything about it or even acknowledged it at all. Also I have a about 2 week old eyebrow piercing and they hit it with the clippers, felt like it was almost ripped out. They never even really said sorry about it. The first time I went it was great and the haircutter was nice and professional. This time I went the person cut the tops of my ears and never said anything about it or even acknowledged it at all. Also I have a about 2 week old eyebrow piercing and they hit it with the clippers, felt like it was almost ripped out. They never even really said sorry about it. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went for haircut and whole hair color with Sabu in April 2021 and was satisfied enough to recommend her services to my sister and niece in July 2021 and I myself went for highlights. Let me start with my experience… I have mid-back length hair, Sabu completely burn my hair. When she showed me the result of her work it looked nice. The day after I washed my hair I noticed it was completely damaged, strands of hair breaking like spaghetti. I messaged the salon owner to let him know what happened and how unsatisfied I was and requested 1/2 refund of what I paid so I could go to another salon and get a haircut to remove the burn hair they left me with (at least to shoulder length or short bob and would still have burnt hair) so that I could have decent hair. He refused to give me a refund and offered to have it cut by different stylist. After my experience I was scared to go back to them and have them mess it up to the point of unfixable. My sister and niece who I recommended also had a bad highlight experience. My sister did give them another chance to have them fix her highlights which were brassy. Needless to say they did not do a good job with fixing it. It is still brassy and looks pretty bad. Please DO NOT go to this place unless you want to pay $195 for highlights and have you hair burnt by this “stylist”.
