Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery disappointing and unprofessional. My Brother has been searching for a good barber. We came across this salon & there were many good reviews. We arrived 7 min late and a man around his 30s were blaming us for ruining his schedule and coming in “10 min late.” Which wouldn’t matter because he was still in the middle of working on a customer, even if we came 7 mins earlier would still have to wait. We told him we were willing to wait but he continued to be very disrespectful towards us.Whether this man had a bad day or not, he shouldn’t be verbally abusing customers. Very disappointing and unprofessional. My Brother has been searching for a good barber. We came across this salon & there were many good reviews. We arrived 7 min late and a man around his 30s were blaming us for ruining his schedule and coming in “10 min late.” Which wouldn’t matter because he was still in the middle of working on a customer, even if we came 7 mins earlier would still have to wait. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst and for most every salon should be professional enough to be patient with clients when they’re new to their shops. Secondly one of the barbers had an nasty attitude on a phone call today and declined service from someone who is not that good with English which is very disgusting due to the person liking their hairstyles. First and for most every salon should be professional enough to be patient with clients when they’re new to their shops. Secondly one of the barbers had an nasty attitude on a phone call today and declined service from someone who is not that good with English which is very disgusting due to the person liking their hairstyles.
