Highlights too brassy and chunky (Done by Wendy). Told Wendy I was unhappy about color when she finished but she stated to use Redken purple shampoo. This did nothing. I feel like she was in hurry because she was leaving for vacation to Hawaii.

Great atmoshpere and excellent quick customer service, i worked with Wendy. Reason for 2 stars being i felt like my appt was rushed through and while i left moderately happy with my hair upon getting home and spending a day with it, it occured to me that its about and inch or so shorter in the front then what i asked and i guess when we sectioned out around the part of my hair too much hair got pushed over to the wrong side. I got a pixie cut meaning theres no room for error, my only option for fixing would be go even shorter (which im not opposed to). I would like to say id return, but the expierence just made me nervous of doing anything more to my hair 🙁
