Stylist Stephanie Scott will take your money for services, then not provide the service. She’s been great until this visit. My color was patchy and not vibrant. The worst part is my extensions weren’t right, I informed her within 2 days they hurt and itched badly and falling out, she offered to fix multiple times but keep cancelling. Finally, I requested a partial refund after 7 days of asking for help. Stephanie not only refused to refund any of the $900 I paid so I could get the color redone and extensions, she blocked me on all forms of communications. So unprofessional, I’m out so much money and my hair looks awful and I’m shocked that this salon associates with someone who steals from their customers.
