Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went there 2 times. A lady name Bobbie did my hair. She recommended a piggyback perm. Even though I had products in my hair!! She ruined my long hair. I ask for my money back– 200.00!! I’m now taking her to court!! My hair is fried and I keep getting it cut now about every other week. .now she has has hired a attorney. She knows she was wrong. I just left this salon. While I appreciate they were able to get me in because I was new in town and even said that on the phone when asking for prices for an eyebrow wax, the lady Vicky was nice but nobody bothered to mention that some of them only deal with cash and others deal with charge. So I had to catch an atm fee and go out of my way for a withdrawal just to pull the money out. Really inconvicenced and they should notify customers who don’t know. Other than that good wax
