So when i went in for my appointment about 2 months ago the lady they had cut my hair was in the back sleeping because she had just had mouth surgery and was loopy on pain medication and she cut my hair way shorter then i wanted it was shorter in the front and looked ridiculous i had to wear my hair up til i could go somewhere else and get it fixed it was completely unprofessional of them to do that
