Staff is highly unprofessional. My hair was cut too short and I was left with uneven choppy layers. Instead of asking me how much I wanted cut off, the stylist got scissor happy. She admitted to cutting my hair in a way that was to her liking. However, I only asked for a trim of my ends. When I called to inform them I didn’t like my hair, I was told by Mel I was pissing her off and paranoid. She refused to refund the money as she believed she did a good job straightening my hair.

Mel is extremely unprofessional. She rushed through cutting her hair and left her with an uneven, bad, short hair cut. Didnt give the money back either.
