Critical: QualityWhile the stylist was very nice and did a good job on my hair, it was not what I wanted. I wanted a lighter brown balayage and I got a bright copper color. I tried to give it a chance but the second day I called back to see what could be done to fix it. She said she could wash it out but charged me. While the stylist was very nice and did a good job on my hair, it was not what I wanted. I wanted a lighter brown balayage and I got a bright copper color. I tried to give it a chance but the second day I called back to see what could be done to fix it. She said she could wash it out but charged me. So I paid for a balayage that wasn’t the color I wanted and charged to correct it. I’m sorry but I don’t think that was right.

I had a very good experience at cut and dry. My stylist Berther was great. I got the cut and style that I wanted. They also are very concerned about the virus and take all precautions. From the time you enter the salon with all of the hand sanitizers to the sanitizing all of the chairs. Not a large salon and they schedule appointments so there is no more than two or three people in there place at one time. Exactly what I was looking for.

Today was my first time here. Blanca cut my hair. She did a great job and did exactly what I asked for. Very pleased with my cut and dry and will definitely be back!

Laura is amazing. Every time I get a haircut or color from her, people compliment me and ask me who does my hair. Even other hair dressers. I’ve been going to this salon for years because of her. Highly reccomended for those that like alternative looks and colors. The prices are also very reasonable.

I literally asked the lady to cut it below my shoulders and, without asking me if the length is okay, she just chops it off shoulder length. Of course that means it’ll end up being a couple inches shorter by the end of it. After she dried my hair, I knew I didn’t like it so at the very least I asked for a face frame. What does she do? Blow-dries my hair into a curl rather than cutting it…I never write reviews so this is saying something. Honestly, don’t go.

I went in blonde and wanted to go grey/ash gray with Nataly . I got it when I left the salon. Once I washed it after using the purple shampoo she told me to use it went back to the blonde. Said she would give me my money back and of course I drive all they way over there for her to say no and have her client get involved and start insulting me! Never ever again would never recommend unless you like a headache. Waste of gas and money so unprofessional I am baffled at the whole situation. Now I’m stuck with extra dry damaged hair for nothing
