My son has been getting his hair cut by Al for almost a year! All of a sudden he has been too busy to respond back or able to cut his hair! The first day of school is tomorrow and instead of him saying he’s busy he’s unable to cut his hair he tells him to come at 9pm! We arrive at 8:45 and he’s not there and not responding to our calls! This is so unprofessional on so many levels and he could have just said he was too busy

I left before I was helped. Came in and was completely ignored. Not acknowledged once. Had no idea who worked there and who didn’t. I waited for 20 mins and still not a word. I ended up leaving. What makes it worse is that I took an Uber there. Wasted time and money.
