So I initially thought this was a fantastic establishment and was very interested in coming here with my family to enjoy the services, to get my hair done. However, Monique quickly and completely changed my perspective of the establishment. She was very unprofessional and rude even when she realized that she was the one getting the information wrong. On top of that, she kept asking me to call back and when I did call, she started being so rude and began to ignore my calls. When finally, I used my second phone to call, she immediately picked which let me know she was intentionally avoiding a client and being completely unprofessional. It really upset me as I was polite and responsive the whole time focused on coming to an agreement for my appointment after she assured me that she could do what I asked, but only ended up wasting my time & being continuously unprofessional. I was referred to cut creators by a friend and I am sure they will be disappointed to find out they were wrong to do so.
